The tank material of the mixing tank is alloy steel manganese steel, which has higher strength. The mixing blade is a double helix logarithmic thickened blade, which is more wear-resistant.
The inner blade is made of fine grain alloy steel with a unique Angle design, ensuring more uniform stirring and a lower discharge residual rate. Thickening high-quality wear-resistant alloy steel head provides a more stable and compact structure.
Driving Cab & Chassis: We can match the upper mixer with different chassis trucks according to requirements, such as SINOTRUK, SHACMAN, FAW, JAC, HINO, and ISUZU chassis. The sealing and crevice of each connecting part meet the highest standards. Primers and topcoats use the latest spray paint production lines for superior acid and alkali resistance.
1. Flush the feed port with water before each loading to keep it wet.
2. Fill the cleaning water tank with water at the same time of loading.
3. Wash the feed port after loading to clean residual concrete.
4. After unloading, wash the discharge chute and add 30-40L of water to the tank for the return trip.
5. Discharge the sewage in the storage tank before the next loading.
6. Thoroughly clean the tank and inlet/outlet at the end of each day to prevent caking.
