The RG-8240 road sweeper is an articulated chassis, multi-function road sweeper. The machine adopts a panoramic glass structure cab and a stainless steel trash can, equipped with air conditioning. The primary cleaning method is suction sweep. It features a walking drive, steering system, fan drive, brush drive, and dustbin lift all based on advanced hydraulic technology.
Hinged steering and brush speed control via a throttle valve allow for precise non-polar debugging based on actual road conditions. The suction system utilizes a double-circulation air back blowing mechanism to significantly improve cleaning efficiency. To prevent secondary pollution, water spray devices are strategically placed at the cleaning brushes and suction outlets to control dust during operation.
With a sweeping width of 2.4 meters, this machine is widely used in urban non-motorized lanes, urban squares, parks, sports venues, and exhibition centers.
In addition to standard cleaning, the machine is designed for rapid replacement of attachments such as snow shovels and snow rolling brushes for winter maintenance. It also features a high-pressure flushing system for self-cleaning, sewage flushing, and landscaping spraying. A handheld suction hose device is included for cleaning green belts, puddles, and other hard-to-reach areas, achieving true multi-purpose utility.
